An introvert is a person with qualities of a personality type known as introversion, which means that they feel more comfortable focusing on their inner thoughts and ideas, rather than what’s happening externally. They enjoy spending time with just one or two people, rather than large groups or crowds.

Introverts are the most misunderstood people on the planet. They care deeply about others but their inability to express or demonstrate their feelings earns them the reputation of being rude, shy, and whatnot.

Introverts enjoy their own company and feel drained out when they are forced to socialize with people they’re not comfortable with. They maintain a very small group of friends who are close to them and privy to their innermost thoughts.

I am rarely bored alone; I am often bored in groups and crowds.

In fact, you can’t stop being an introvert. But you can learn to accept and embrace your introversion. You can learn to use your amazing quiet gifts to live the life you dream of. And you can overcome any limiting beliefs that you hold about what think your natural temperament is blocking you from doing. Here is some ways to be mentally strong introvert:

There are benefits of overcoming being an Introvert. For example, now you are capable of forming associations with people in less time. You will be able to lead a team of people. Communication with people becomes easy and clear. Also your feelings feel comfortable in social settings. Helps to improve your social strength and now you can easily share your thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
Silence is only frightening to people who are compulsively verbalising.
