  • Chest pains and high blood pressure.

Few ways to prevent stress buildup: manage and balance responsibilities with activities you enjoy (like relaxing or spending time with friends). It’s all about balance: all work and no play is bad, eat healthy foods, get proper sleep and make time to move yourself every day!

Stress - how to heal it?

  • Get more physical activity. 
  • Follow a healthy diet. 
  • Minimise phone use and screen time. 
  • Practice self-care. 
  • Reduce your caffeine intake. 
  • Spend time with friends and family. 
  • Create boundaries and learn to say no.
